For beginners: An Asian inspired marinade for salmon fish

If you are looking for a way to increase your intake in omega 3, then I would say this is the quickest and tasty fish recipe that I have used over and over again.

Preparation for two salmon fillets (Bonus: wild caught salmon):

In a bowl, add:

2 crushed garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 to 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

A sprinkle of mixed herbs

Chilli powder or chilli flakes - according to your preferance

Salt according to taste (or himalayan salt - only if advised by therapist)

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

A tablespoon of olive oil

Fresh coriander

A squeeze of lemon juice
